Job Duties

• Administer and maintain a high level of service availability in data centre by managing and reviewing system infrastructure, including hardware and software release update and security patching
• Maintain and support the system infrastructure including server, storage, backup, Web Proxy, DNS & DHCP and email systems
• Administer and support Microsoft Azure Cloud service
• Responsible for system monitoring, fault management and vendor engagement
• Provide routine operations, incident support and troubleshooting
• Follow change management flow
• Assist to review system document for on-going operations
• On-call support may be required

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 3 years or more related experiences in system support
• Knowledge in Administration, troubleshooting and configuration in:
  • IP Address, DNS, DHCP Management
  • Email protocols: SMTP / POP3 / IMAP
  • Microsoft AD, Exchange and Azure
  • Backup solution, such as Veeam
  • Single sign-on & SSH gateway administration
  • Oracle/CentOS/Ubuntu Linux servers and storage
  • implementation and administration
  • Server Virtualization platform like vSphere ESXi, vCenter Server,
  • Monitoring tools like SolarWinds
  • Security scanning and security baseline maintenance
• A good team player, able to work independently and under pressure
• A strong sense of responsibility, quality service and customer oriented
• Holder of Microsoft or IT professional certification is an advantage

• Hardware & software troubleshooting
  • desktop / laptop windows OS platform
  • Apple MAC OS platform

  • VC support (MS Team, WebEx, Zoom), etc.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issue, such device configuration, IP addressing, and direct TCP/IP output, network printing
• Handle VIP users

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or above in IT or related discipline
• 2 years of related work experience with VIP support experiences
• Knowledge on desktop, networking, WiFi connectivity and general PC applications, like Microsoft Office;
• Mobile device support such as iPhone, iPad, Android, with MobileIron, MS Intune
• Remote take over support skills
• Holder of Microsoft or IT professional certification is an advantage
• Willing to listen and learn, hardworking, team player, under working pressure
• Good attitude, customer service, communication and documentation skill

Job Responsibilities:

• Support, maintain and lead the implementation of projects and provide technical support in Cisco UC
• Support daily operation and troubleshooting in Cisco voice system
• Support, coordinate and implement in Cisco CUCM, VG, CUC, UCCX, CUCA, Expressary
• Provide technical and service support with the captioned systems
• Produce engineering, planning and operations documents during projection implementation.
• Emergency call-out service when required

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder n computer engineering
• 4 years working experience with telecommunication field.
• Knowledge and work experience in voice and data network
• Holder of CCNA / CCNP will be advantageous.
• Team player with initiative, eager to learn and deliver, good communication skills.
